FAQHow do I receive my order?
All orders are mailed using Australia Post with the added security of a tracking number.

What if I’m not home when the order arrives?
If you will not be home, we advise you to provide an alternative address (for example a work address.)

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa and MasterCard via PayPal.  Alternatively, you may wish to mail a bank money order or direct deposit is available by phoning (07) 3821 5656 or email sales@aussieweddingshop.com.au your request and we will provide you with the necessary details.

How much is Freight?
Freight will be calculated automatically on the size and weight of your order in accordance with the current pricing from Australia Post. This amount will always be displayed in your checkout before you proceed with your payment.  Your freight charge also includes postage and handling costs.

What if my order hasn’t arrived?
Should either of these occur, please let Australia Post know immediately by phoning 13 13 18 with your provided article ID tracking number to track the where abouts of your order.  Aussie Wedding Shop will not be responsible for tracking down parcels.

How do I place an order?
Ordering online is preferred; although if this is not convenient, you can order by phoning 3821 5656 from 10am till 4:00pm business days.  You also have the option to fax your order on (07) 3821 5667. Shoud you choose to fax your order to us, please  print out the FAX ORDER FORM and fax your order to us.

Do you accept international orders?
No. We only distribute within Australia.
