We do not refund for change of mind or wrong selection. Cancellations can not be made after 24 hours from the date of your order, as the order has either already been processed for delivery, or in the event your item was not in stock, it would now be sourced from our varied suppliers.


If for some reason your goods arrive damaged via post, please notify us immediately. We will be only too happy to rectify this problem. Please be assured we take the utmost thought and care in safely packaging your goods for delivery. Extra preventative action such as generous bubble wrapping, boxes or cardboard is used so breakages have less chance of occurring. Returning any damaged items will be at the cost of the customer.

Under no circumstances will any purchased goods leave the warehouse prior to your invoice being paid in full. If paying by cheque, goods will be despatched after we receive receipt of your cheque being cleared.
